Is your school or school district in Connecticut looking to
enhance behavioral health supports for students?
Connecting Schools to Care IV Students is a federally-funded initiative helping Connecticut schools and districts build their capacity to access and utilize community-based behavioral health resources and empower youth and families while strengthening their trauma-informed mental health programming. Any public K-12 school or district in the state can apply to participate.
CONNECT IV offers support for Connecticut schools and districts from the assessment and planning phase all the way through plan implementation and evaluation. Funding incentives are available based on each school or district’s level of participation.
Learn how your school/district can receive free technical assistance, implementation support, and an incentive for building and enhancing school mental health supports and collaborating with community-based services.
